DEVEN PARMAR

A native of Southern California, he attended the film production program at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.  Working on set in commercial TV production, Deven attained membership in the Directors Guild of America as an assistant director.  With the emergence of growing web video, he focused his attention directing in that space.

His wide variety of work includes directing original online content for AOL/Huffington Post, Maxim Inc, Conde Naste, the Chive and Entrepreneur.  He also directed episodes for two State Farm branded docu series (both Telly Award recipients), as well as over 100 episodes of a highly successful Bank of America/Visa sponsored show.

Recent work includes a "Star Wars" show sizzle for Disney, and multiple episodes for Autoblog's series, "Translogic".  Among other projects, Deven is currently working with eSports mega YouTube influencers, "FaZe Clan" on original content for their channel.

Xavier attended The University of Alabama before being accepted into USC’s School of Cinematic Arts for TV & Film. Now, he’s a Sundance Lab Fellow, an HBO Short Film Finalist, and Ryan Murphy Television Half Foundation mentee. His films have been accepted in these film festivals: American Black Film Festival, Raindance, Urbanworld, LA Shorts, Anchorage, Burbank International, Sunscreen West Film Festival, and many more. 

Xavier is a fellow of The Sundance Institute’s Youtube New Voices Lab where his webseries, Lame Lance, was one of eleven projects selected. Xavier shadowed on the set of American Horror Story as a member of the RMTV Half Foundation, a diversity mentorship program created by Ryan Murphy (American Horror Story, Scream Queens).

Xavier amassed a following of over 50,000 plus followers on twitter through his long form twitter stories, landing him features on sites such as Buzzfeed, Distractify, Complex, Global Grind, Clutch Magazine, Thought Catalog,  Twitter’s Moments Page, and Alux .

Xavier directed, Olde E, an Advanced Narrative film, and was a semi-finalist for the 43rd Student Academy Awards.

Xavier’s film, On Time, a proof of concept piece based on the feature script, Rough Around the Edges, co-written with Tiara Marshall, premiered at The American Black Film Festival. It was a finalist in the HBO Short Film competition, and will be on all HBO platforms in 2018. It also netted Xavier a Best Director award at Sunscreen Film Festival West.

Henry Drayton is a writer, director, editor, cinematographer, rapper, actor, improvisor, stunt double, and an all around renaissance dude. Originally from Rhode Island, he moved to Savannah, GA to study at the Savannah College of Art and Design. He graduated cum laude from SCAD with a B.F.A. in Film & Television.

During his time at SCAD he discovered improv, which only intensified his love for comedy and music. The combination of those passions inspired him to create his many comedic rap videos.

Upon graduation, Henry moved to Paris, France to become fluent in French. He returned to the states in 2016, and moved to Los Angeles to continue his filmmaking career.
